Zoom classes are a new way to explore a variety of fun activities while staying safe inside your home. These activities include yoga, art, and music. Each class is hosted individually by one of our many extremely talented providers. We're looking forward to seeing you in one of our classes!

o Have a blanket or towel to use
o Have a chair
o EVERYONE can do yoga
We will:
Warm up
Have some active time
Cool down
End with a quiet time called savasana
Hi! I am Denise,
I teach yoga in a way that everyone can participate. You don’t have to be flexible, bendy, strong, athletic, or already know yoga. You just need to show up and be open. I might ask you to take your shoes off and to close your eyes, but you don’t have to do that if you don’t want to. I give you choices. You can choose to watch for a while before you join in or you can jump in the first day. It is all up to you!
I want yoga to feel good and to give you a few minutes to feel your body and to breathe. Let’s connect our breathing and our bodies together!!

Get ready for some of fun and creative projects using plants, paint and every day objects around your home!
Karla is highly creative, gifted and imaginative; you are guaranteed to walk away with some cool art projects and possibly a new friend or two :)
Karla will posting to the OU Facebook site each Friday about what craft they will be doing Monday, as well as supplies needed and a reminder to sign up prior to Monday. Please provide at least 24 hours advance notice each time you plan to participate, to allow Karla to plan for each class.
